These Terms explain how Phantom Scripts products, licenses, payments, support and website usage work. Please read them carefully before purchasing or using any Phantom Scripts resource.

Overview
This website is operated by Phantom Scripts. Throughout the website, the words “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Phantom Scripts. By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a product, downloading a product, using support or using any of our resources, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website, purchase our products, download our resources or use our support services.
18+ age restriction
The Phantom Scripts website, Discord community, support system and digital products are only available to users aged 18 or over. Our products relate to FiveM / GTA V roleplay servers, which may involve mature themes, gameplay elements or community content.
By using the website, creating an account, purchasing, downloading or using Discord support, you confirm and agree that you are at least 18 years old. If you are not 18 or older, you must not use the website or purchase products.
Store, checkout and payments
Phantom Scripts sells digital FiveM resources, user interface systems, scripts, resource packs, jobs, shop systems, loading screens, HUDs and related digital products.
Purchases may be processed through Tebex checkout. Payment methods, taxes, fees, currencies, fraud checks and checkout requirements are handled during the Tebex checkout process. You must check your order carefully before completing payment.
We may refuse, cancel, review or restrict an order where we believe there is fraud, abuse, incorrect information, suspicious activity, chargeback abuse, breach of these Terms or any other valid reason connected to the protection of our business, customers or products.
Digital products and delivery
All products sold by Phantom Scripts are digital products. No physical item will be shipped. Product delivery may be made through download links, customer account access, Cfx.re asset grants, Tebex delivery, Discord instructions or another digital delivery method.
You are responsible for making sure that the product is suitable for your server before purchase. This includes checking supported frameworks, dependencies, inventory systems, target systems, database requirements, game build requirements and documentation.
Before buying
Read the product page, supported frameworks, screenshots, videos and requirements.
After buying
Download the resource, follow the documentation and open a support ticket if help is needed.
License, ownership and permitted use
When you purchase a Phantom Scripts product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own FiveM server or project, unless the product page states otherwise. The product is licensed to you, not sold outright.
Phantom Scripts keeps all intellectual property rights, source rights, design rights, branding rights, documentation rights and ownership rights in our products, code, UI design, images, documentation and related materials.
- You may use the purchased resource on your own server according to the product license.
- You may configure the resource for your own server where configuration is provided.
- You may request support for installation, configuration or product issues.
- You may not claim our work as your own or redistribute it.
Cfx.re Asset Escrow and entitlement
Some Phantom Scripts products may be protected by Cfx.re Asset Escrow or another protection method. This protection helps prevent leaking, unauthorised sharing, reverse engineering and illegal distribution.
Access to escrow-protected resources may depend on the correct Cfx.re account, asset grant, server license key ownership and entitlement status. If the product is bought or granted to the wrong Cfx.re account, you may need to transfer the asset through the official Cfx.re process.
Refund policy
Because our products are digital software delivered electronically, purchases are generally final once the product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, granted or otherwise made available to you.
We do not normally provide refunds for accidental purchases, change of mind, lack of server knowledge, incompatible third-party resources, failure to read product requirements, server setup problems, unsupported frameworks, custom modifications or issues caused by editing files incorrectly.
We may consider a refund only in exceptional cases, at our discretion or where required by law, for example:
- duplicate payment for the same product;
- clear non-delivery that cannot be resolved;
- wrong product delivered and not corrected;
- a confirmed critical issue caused by our product that we cannot reasonably fix or work around.
Support policy
Support is provided through the Phantom Scripts Discord ticket system or another official support method we make available. To receive faster support, you should provide the script name, order ID or account name, framework, inventory system, target system, script version, error logs and screenshots or video evidence.
Support does not include full server setup, unrelated resource fixes, custom development, third-party script debugging, teaching basic server administration, or fixing modifications made by you or another developer, unless we separately agree to provide that service.
Do not share passwords, database credentials, private tokens, payment card details or other sensitive secrets in a support ticket.
Behaviour and communication with support
Phantom Scripts support is intended to help customers quickly and professionally. This requires respectful, cooperative and appropriate communication.
We do not tolerate abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, aggressive, discriminatory, spam-like, coercive or otherwise unacceptable behaviour on the website, Discord, support tickets, email or any communication channel.
Updates, changes and compatibility
We may update, improve, redesign, rename, replace or discontinue products, features, documentation, prices or services at any time. We try to keep products maintained, but we do not guarantee permanent compatibility with every future FiveM update, framework update, dependency update or third-party resource.
You are responsible for backing up your server before installing or updating any resource. We are not responsible for loss caused by missing backups, incorrect installation, deleted files, database mistakes or incompatible custom changes.
Prohibited use
You must not use our website, products, downloads or support services to:
- resell, leak, share, upload, trade or redistribute any Phantom Scripts product;
- decompile, reverse engineer, bypass escrow, remove protection or attempt to access protected code;
- claim our code, UI, design, documentation or branding as your own;
- use stolen, leaked, cracked or unauthorised copies of our products;
- abuse support staff, spam tickets, submit false reports or provide misleading information;
- use our products for illegal activity or in breach of platform rules;
- attempt to bypass purchase, license, delivery or entitlement systems.
Breaching this section may result in support removal, download removal, license revocation, account restriction, Discord ban, refusal of future service and other action available to us.
Third-party platforms and services
Phantom Scripts is not affiliated with, associated with, authorised, endorsed by or officially connected with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, FiveM, Tebex, Discord, QBCore, ESX, Qbox or any other third-party brand unless clearly stated. Names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Our products may require third-party frameworks, dependencies, game servers, hosting providers, payment processors, Discord, Tebex checkout or Cfx.re services. Those services may have their own rules, outages, restrictions or account requirements. We are not responsible for third-party service problems outside our control.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our website, documentation, downloads, products and support are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every product will be error-free, uninterrupted, suitable for every server, compatible with every third-party resource or available forever.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phantom Scripts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, server downtime, data loss, reputation damage, replacement costs or issues caused by third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. The version displayed on this page is the current version. Your continued use of the website, products or support services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
