How do I receive my script after purchase?

In the final system, your purchased resources will appear inside your Account area under My Purchases and Downloads, including the download, license key and documentation. After Tebex integration, successful payments will automatically assign the script to your account.

Which frameworks do your scripts support?

It depends on the script. Each product page shows the supported frameworks. The main target frameworks are QBCore, ESX, QBox and Stand-Alone support for selected resources.

Which inventory systems are supported?

It depends on the resource. Some scripts support qb-inventory, ox_inventory, ESX inventory or a custom bridge. Always check the Requirements and Configuration sections on the product page.

How do I open a support ticket?

The fastest method is a Discord support ticket. Join the Discord server, go to the open-ticket channel and open a ticket. Include your framework, inventory, error logs and resource version.

What should I include in a support ticket?

Include the script name, version, framework, inventory, target system, exact issue, server console errors, client F8 errors and screenshots or videos if the issue is visual or gameplay-related.

Do you offer refunds?

Scripts are digital products. Refund rules are defined in the Terms & Conditions. In general, downloaded digital products are only refundable in exceptional cases, for example if the product is proven not to work and cannot be fixed through support.

Can I use the same script on multiple servers?

License terms may vary by product and purchase. By default, one purchase is intended for one server unless the product page or license terms say otherwise.

Can I resell or share the script?

No. Resale, redistribution, leaking, sharing or unauthorized transfer is not allowed.

Why is my inventory item image not showing?

Some scripts do not automatically create inventory images. You must add the item definition and image to your own inventory system according to the documentation.

When should I use Discord support?

Use Discord tickets for installation issues, config problems, SQL/import errors, inventory item issues, target interaction problems or script errors.
